To ensure a smooth shopping experience with Quinlivan Malaysia, we’ve put together a simple guide to help you find the perfect daily contact lens to suit your needs.

  • Know the difference! One of the reasons we encourage first time shoppers to chat with us is to better understand the products we offer. For instance, our daily contact lens offers all day comfort in terms of moisture and fit.

How do i return or exchange my order?

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you may return the item and receive cash voucher in the form of a code, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return / Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the purchased item(s).
  • Item(s) must be unused and have their original tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be free from stains, odors, and other damages.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original Quinlivan Malaysia packaging and in good condition.
  • Item(s) must not be a sale or discounted item(s).

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for these items:

  • Item(s) must not be on sale or discounted.
  • Item(s) returned due to personal preference, such as color and collection
  • Used items, non-returnable items and personalized items
  • Damage caused by abuse or negligence, including exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc., is not covered.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or activities other than the intended purpose is not covered.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Contact us by email at quinlivan.my@gmail.com. Kindly provide the following details in the email:

  • Your Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Item Size

Re-use the original packaging if possible and seal the parcel securely. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed properly so they don’t get damaged on the way.

⋆。°✩ Order Cancellation ✩°。⋆

Once customers place an online order, it goes into immediate processing and can't be canceled. If you wish to return it, you'll need to wait until you receive the merchandise.

If you want to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving it. There will be a processing fee of RM15 for returns.

For guidance on how to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined in our " How do I return or exchange my order" instructions.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We follow strict quality control protocols in our distribution process and inspect all products before shipping. If a customer receives a faulty item, they can request an exchange. We advise customers to inspect their items before opening bottles, vials, or blister packs of contact lenses. Please note that we reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests for opened items.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product is not caused by manufacturing defects, then no exchanges or refunds will be made.

If there is a manufacturing defect, what are the terms of a return?

The product(s) must be sent back to us within seven (7) days from the date it was received in original sale condition (unworn, unopened, or otherwise unused with original packaging).

In addition, labels and sales receipt must be intact and products in its original undamaged packaging. Boxes, plastic packaging, and explanatory cards are considered part of the product.

What if the wrong product has been delivered to me?

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please contact our Customer Service at +6012-9559080 within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship the correct product to you!

Important Notes:

  • Any voucher, coupon code and promotions applied on initial invoice/ receipt will not be reissued for any exchanges/returns made.
  • Strictly no refunds for any shipping & handling charges.
  • Strictly no cash refunds will be entertained. In the event a return is accepted, the buyer will be given store credit via a voucher valid for 12 months. 

If Quinlivan Malaysia understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria above, the site is exempt from accepting or making the exchange. Quinlivan Malaysia can then resend the product to the client without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification of the reason for the refusal.
